1 – 2012CampaignCommunityFlyer.pdf –> This is purely for our community to sponsor and explains how the funds will be preserved etc.
2 – SponsorProposalforBusinesswoTkts.pdf –> This is to be forwarded to businesses that are looking for marketing/advertisement value Only. This package does not contain any tickets, but we are flexible in case some one asks for tickets. Typically, non-Indian businesses will be our target here.
3 – SponsorProposalforBusinesswTkts.pdf –> This is to be forwarded to businesses that we know will ask for tickets/dinner with stars. Typically Indian businesses will be our target here Please let one of Sponsorship committee members know if you have any questions, but please make sure you detach the appropriate pdf and forward the right one to the right businesses.
4 – Souvenir Advertisement Brochure If you would like to place an advertisement in our magazine, 1500 copies of which will be printed and distributed during this event and all other community events through out the year.
